Tuesday May 1st, 2018, Nishtman Hosseinpanahi, a 25-year-old woman, and Ramin Hosseinpanahi niece has committed suicide. Ramin Hosseinpanahi a political prisoner who was transferred to a solitary confinement cell in Sanandaj prison for his death sentence execution.
According to the information that AVA TOUDEH has received, Nishtman Hosseinpanahi has been summoned to the Sanandaj Intelligence Department/Agency several times a day and has been subjected to psychological harassment to cooperate with agency against her family.
When Nishtman Hosseinpanahi did not agree to cooperate, intelligence services summoned her husband and pressured him to divorce Nishtman.
Nishtman Hosseinpanahi, under pressure from the Intelligence Agency, committed suicide and wrote a handwritten note on this subject and described her reason for suicide as a pressure from Sanandaj Intelligence Agency. The Intelligence Agency is now pressuring the Hosseinpanahi family, that if they provide any public information on Nishtman’s case, that they will suffer the same fate as she did.
