The conviction of 23 Dervish prisoners who refused to take part in the trial and appeal were accounted for in prison.
According to the verdict issued by the appeals court, these individuals have been sentenced to a total of 190 years imprisonment, 46 years of exile, 1776 lashes, 46 years of ban on leaving country, and 46 years of social exclusion and participation in media and parties activities.
The prison sentences were issued for 23 prisoners while they refused to attend the court, which they claimed to be more of an interrogation process than a trail.
These 23 imprisoned Darvishes were arrested for protesting the illegitimate restriction on Dr. Nourali Tabandeh, a Gonabadi Darvish’s pole, and the case processing of Gonabadi Darvish.

۱- Mostafa Abdi: 26 years and 3 months imprisonment, 74 lashes, 2 years of exile, 2 years of social and media deprivation, 2 years ban on leaving the country.
۲- Kasry Nouri: 12 years imprisonment, 74 lashes, 2 years of exile, 2 years of social and media deprivation, 2 years ban on leaving the country.
۳- Mohammad Sharifi Moghadam: 12 years imprisonment, 74 lashes, 2 years of exile, 2 years of social and media deprivation, 2 years ban on leaving the country.
۴- Reza Yavari: 9 years imprisonment, 74 lashes, 74 lashes, 2 years of exile, 2 years of social and media deprivation, 2 years ban on leaving the country.
۵- Reza Entesari: 7 years imprisonment, 74 lashes, 2 years of exile, 2 years of social and media deprivation, 2 years ban on leaving the country.
- Sina Entesari: 7 years imprisonment, 74 lashes, 2 years of exile, 2 years of social and media deprivation, 2 years ban on leaving the country.

Nearly 110 Dervishes are currently serving their sentence in Gharchak and Fashafiyah prisons.
