The execution of a Kurdish prisoner identified as Mehran Nasri Zar, convicted of intentional killing, was carried out in Ghezel Hesar Prison in Karaj without prior notice or a final visit with his family.
According to the Campaign for the Defense of Political and Civil Prisoners, Mehran Nasri Zar, a 30-year-old from Sanandaj and son of Yadollah, was sentenced to death three years ago by the judiciary for alleged intentional killing.
