Milad Naseri, a teenage resident of Bukan, was summoned by the city’s Enforcement Office and subsequently arrested to begin serving his prison sentence. He has been transferred to Bukan Central Prison.
According to the Campaign for the Defense of Political and Civil Prisoners, Milad Naseri, a 17-year-old from the village of Kanirash in Bukan County, was transferred to prison on Tuesday, May 6, 2025, after being summoned to serve a one-year and six-month sentence.
He was recently sentenced by the Bukan Revolutionary Court to 18 months of discretionary imprisonment on charges of “membership in the Democratic Party of Iranian Kurdistan.”
Milad Naseri was originally arrested on Wednesday, October 23, 2024, by security forces using violence. He was released two weeks later on bail set at 400 million tomans.
