Rada Fatehi was summoned to Sanandaj Criminal Court. She was informed earlier by receiving a written notification to present the last defense. There is still no information about the accusations against Mrs. Fatehi.
According to the Campaign for the Defense of Political and Civil Prisoners, Rada Fatehi, a resident of Sanandaj, the capital of Kurdistan province, was summoned to the 101st branch of the Sanandaj Criminal Court for trial on Saturday April 15th, 2023.
According to the notification issued by the head of the office of Branch 101 of Sanandaj Second Criminal Court, which was issued on March 26th, 2023, and sent to Rada Fatehi on April 13th, 2023, she must appear today Saturday April 15th, 2023, for trial at the said branch.
Also, despite the summons of Rada Fatehi, there was no information about the legal objections to her accusations.
It should be noted that Rada Fatehi, along with Ramin Fatehi and his other brother Varia Fatehi, were arrested by the security forces in Sanandaj city on October 13th, 2022. On October 21st, 2022, Ramin Fatehi died, but the cause of his death was announced (suicide) and his body was secretly buried in Behesht Mohammadi Cemetery, in Sanandaj city.
