According to the Campaign for the Defense of Political and Civil Prisoners, Vahid Sorkhgol, a residence of Kermanshah, was arrested after appearing in the General and Revolutionary Prosecutor’s Office and was taken to an unknown location on Wednesday, August 9th, 2023.
An informed source close to this citizen’s family said: “Mr. Sorkhgol has been arrested after appearing in the Kermanshah General and Revolutionary Prosecutor’s Office. So far, there is no information about his whereabouts.”
Not long ago, this citizen was summoned to the third branch of the Kermanshah General and Revolutionary Prosecutor’s Office for the charges of “propaganda against the Islamic Republic and society and collusion for crimes against internal and external security”.
