According to the notification that was issued by the Sanandaj Revolutionary Court for the labor activist Kamran Sakhtemangar on Saturday August 26th, 2023, the court session to investigate the charges against Kamran Sakhtemangar, a labor activist from Sanandaj, will be held at the first branch of the Sanandaj Revolutionary Court on Tuesday, September 5th, 2023.
Previously, based on the summons issued by the second investigation branch of Sanandaj General and Revolutionary Prosecutor’s Office and delivered to Mr. Sakhtemangar on June 26th, 2023, he must defend the charges of “gathering and colluding to commit a crime against internal and external security and activity and advertising against the regime” appeared in this branch within five days.
