Arash Moradi, a Gonabadi Darvish, was arrested by the security forces in Kashan and taken to an unknown location.
According to the Campaign for the Defense of Political and Civil Prisoners, Arash Moradi, a Darvish Gonabadi and a resident of Kashan city, was arrested by the security forces and taken to an unknown location on Tuesday, October 17th, 2023.
According to this report, the security forces raided Mr. Moradi’s workplace and searched and seized some of the goods and then arrested him.
As of writing this report, there is no information about the arresting institution, the place of detention or the charges against this citizen.
Arash Moradi, previously was arrested during the Golestan incident on the 7th of Pasdaran Street, along with a group of Gonabadi dervishes in Tehran.
After going through the interrogations and explaining the charges, he was sentenced to a total of seven years in prison by Branch 26 of the Revolutionary Court of Tehran. He had already served part of his imprisonment, when he was released in late January 2019.
