Five Iranian Baha’is’ Home in Hamadan was Searched

The homes of five other Baha’i citizens in Hamadan province were searched by the security forces.

According to the Campaign for the Defense of Political and Civil Prisoners, the house of Behnam Ayoubi, Noghreh Ayoubi, Aghdas Abrar Ahadi, Fataneh Mushtaq and Rosita Azarnoush, five Iranian Baha’is living in Hamedan province, were raided by the security forces on Tuesday, November 7th, 2023. The houses were searched and some personal belongings of these people were seized.

According to this report, the security forces had a judicial warrant and search of these homes, issued by the prosecutor of Hamadan province.

According to an informed source, “the security officers entered the house while they had previously received the search warrant from the Hamedan prosecutor, then some personal items such as mobile phones, laptops, Computers’ hard drives, some personal documents and even some volumes of religious books and sermons related to the Baha’i faith were confiscated from us and at the end of raid, they informed us that we are not allowed to leave Hamedan province because we will be summoned for questioning.
