Ali Taimuri, a civil activist, was arrested after appearing in the prosecutor’s office to be informed the charges. The exact reason for his arrest is not yet known, but it is said that his charges are related to his civic activities.
According to the Campaign for the Defense of Political and Civil Prisoners, on Saturday 14th of Bahman 1402, Ali Taimuri, one of the wounded in the Iran-Iraq war, was arrested after appearing in the General and Revolutionary Prosecutor’s Office of Eshtehard city and was taken to an unknown location.
Ali Taimuri’s family has expressed concern about his condition. They say that they have not heard from him since his arrest.
