Just hours ago, Mohammad Reza Kargar Pisheh Moghadam, a judiciary lawyer, was released on bail from the detention center of the Karaj Intelligence Office, following the conclusion of the interrogation process and clarification of charges.
According to the Campaign for the Defense of Political and Civil Prisoners, on Monday, February 26th, 2024, Mohammad Reza Kargar Pisheh Moghadam, a judiciary lawyer, was released on bail from the Karaj Intelligence Office.
A reliable source close to the lawyer’s family confirmed the news, stating, “Mr. Kargar Pisheh Moghadam was released on bail from one of the detention centers of the Karaj Intelligence Office a few hours ago.”
According to the informed source, “The case of this judiciary lawyer is currently under review in the first branch of the Public and Revolutionary Prosecutor’s Office of Alborz Province, in the section dealing with specific crimes.”
Mohammad Reza Kargar Pisheh Moghadam, a judiciary lawyer, was detained by security forces on one of the streets of Karaj on the February 14th, 2023.
