Ariana Akbari participated in the 40th day of Armita Gravand’s death memorial gathering and was arrested by plainclothes officers in Tehran and taken to an unknown location.
According to the Campaign for the Defense of Political and Civil Prisoners, on Wednesday, December 15, 1402, Ariana Akbari, a citizen living in Tehran, was arrested by the security forces during the 40th day of Armita Gravand’s death memorial gathering and taken to an unknown location on December 6th, 2023.
This citizen was previously arrested during the Jina/Women Life Freedom nationwide protests.
As of writing this report, there is no information about the arresting institution, the place of detention or the charges against this citizen.
